Those damn pigeons...

Post by TheCross » Thu Apr 26, 2007 2:53 pm

are destroying the building. And will destroy the frames of the windows just put in. I think it will happen quite quickly too, as their shit is quite acidic.

We need to get some pigeon spikes for the ledges.
You can get em from here:

Only problem is fitting them. Its quite high up, and I wont be here to do it. Any takers?

Nice! We should get some if we are sticking around. Which kind do you think we should get Tim?

I'd be prepared to have a go at installation.

I would get the onles made form metal.

The other posibility would be to absail from the top and install them that way. It really is a long way up to be doing it via a ladder.

Pidgeon facts in the interest of balance
- pidgeons can navigate hundres of miles
- both sexes feed their young with their own milk
- pidgeons were awarded the victoria cross during world war one for their bravery saving human lives
Nowt against the spikes, but Blue's voodoo method of hanging one upside down so that its long drawn out death pangs may be heard by its fellow brethren, cremating the agonized corpse and then hosing the building in its dissolved remains is no way to treat a war hero.
And such dark arts may backfire.
