It is back.
it is not in a good way. but it works.
the keyboard could do with replacing.. and the screen is flickery... that could be fixed with a new cable.. meybe?
anyway.. thanks to all who helped resurect it.

People, I check Freecycle and Gumtree very often. If you tell me what you exactly need I can also watch out for those items.. I do see quite a few offers for computers bits.
