Why don't we have an hour each week without any power and make a point of making it really goooood! A Golden Hour of reading?writing?poetry?painting?public debating??Dancing?Candlelit romancing?Storytelling?Secrets?silence?Mime?Tapping the foot in time to Music? Making? Time for the taking?Your Mum's baking? Recipe Creating?Crapoira?
Hmmnn... It's hard to find any word to rhyme with "Crapoira".

I'm into it. As long as we actually do something good, instead of just cut the power and say: "this is what it will be like to be green" (crap). But yes, doing something good without power, very good.

Good idea. Sounds like an event to be organised and put in the events book (with proper details!). Of course, we can't actually turn off the espresso machine or fridges, so it will be more like no lights or sound hour.
