I've sadly realized I am in no fit state to re-write the menu. if anyone wants to take the task on, i would welcome it. i think we should add potatos, corkage prices, and the new soda to the menu and just print them out asap. I will endevor to work on the new menu with out the pressure of needing it...

sounds quite good, actually. I would highlight the bussiness of the cafe: bustling, busy, crowded etc. Also, our demographic is highly desireable: young people 18 - 25 with disposable income and who are aware and active.

these are the things that people in magazines like to hear about.
