Above.
I've had it with you. If I had an image of a laser gun I would absolutely position it right here in my hand...
Ha! I have a real laser absolutely positioned in my hand!

Minutes
Minutes from this meeting:
Present: Martin, Chris, Sean
The router:
the Internet connection seems to have pretty much stopped misbehaving so
this isn't an urgent problem anymore. The server currently in use does
traffic shaping, much more advanced than the router we have downstairs
in the office. Hence we no longer want to use this router and it's no
good to us unless we can trade it for something better. The ideal thing
to get would be a fancy router with Linux inside of it. It's like a
whole Linux computer in a router. This is called a WRT54G. They may be
cheap to buy now. We will not find one for free. This is not an urgent
issue, but would be an improvement and would free up the current PC
acting as server for something else.
Sean got the password for the current PC, so he can login to it even
from at home or at work and fix it. Perhaps people should email Sean and
Martin if the Internet connection goes down, because we can try to fix
it without having to come to the forest.
Action points: Sean to look into buying a router.
The listening station:
Sean had an offer of a free laptop for this project, and is chasing it
up. After one more week we give up on trying to get a laptop for free.
Then we will ask the forest working group for 100 pounds to buy a laptop
with.
Action points: Sean to chase up free laptop offer.
New Computer for the Office:
Three computers were put in the free shop today, they are now down in
Infoseed. One of them claims to be 1.6GHz with a 40GB hard drive. I'm a
little doubtful about this. Sean, working for infoseed, is planning to
install Ubuntu on these three computers then try to give them away to
people who need them or put them in the free shop. The forest could have
the best one.
Action points: Sean to look at these computers, see if they're any good
and sort them out.
Next meeting of this working group: Tue 6th Feb, 6pm, Forest.
Action point: Somebody put the next meeting up on the calendars.
Also Chris has fixed an impressive amount of stuff since our last
meeting.
