Documentation TEAM!

Post by brittonie » Sat Jun 25, 2011 2:21 pm

Hello You People

This is an open call to build the epic forest documentary team!

Can YOU take photographs, do live sketches (courtroom style), have a video camera, like to record live music
or some other magic form of documentation that you invented 2 min in the future???
And We KNOW YOU LIKE COMING TO FOREST EVENTS!! Hey you might even get a free coffee out of the deal!

Hollah back!

We Want YOU to help us make an amazing archive of all the radical radness of uber ultra that comes this way of the woods.
Your contribution will be featured on the Forest website, avec credit, and forever in the hall of forest fame!

I can record live music...I may be recording some stuff in August, although if any other bands want this done I can do this. Fun times.

Is there a reason for doing it or is it just a whimsical forest project? :p

Yes there is are many reasons for doing this

documenting events leads to having an archive
people/forest can generate ideas from this
apply for GRANTS- with more than just 'we did this one time'
can increase interest to new persons who want to know what it's all about
Good experience for people to learn about proper documentation as artists and performers

thanks for asking :)
