Dear Forest Cafe,
Greetings from Singapore! I'm Cherie, an illustrator who will be travelling to Edinburgh for a month this August, to soak up your famous Fringe Festival.
I've heard tons of good things about your cafe from my friends in Edinburgh, and I've been following your tumblr!
Would like to ask if you guys have any free wall space or clear, non-moving surfaces (preferably non-living) that you would like a small mural on, while I come to visit in April?
You can see some of my works here:

Hear from you soon!
Cheers,
Cherie Tan
MRRR! a sound of endless delight
I will write to her and tell her "Yes, please" .. right?
thanks.

Yes, please.
Our big brother's got no heart,
when I get my chance I'm going to punch him in the nose, in the nose, in the nose

Excited jiggles! Thanks for the reply, Nix.
I'll be arriving in Edinburgh on 2 Aug, and staying for a month to enjoy the fringe. In between I'll head down to London/Glasgow for a spell.
Looking forward very much to meeting everyone at Forest,
Will probably paint something similar to what I've previously done with these chairs:

Materials will be simple and very portable, mainly permanent ink markers and acrylic paints, which I can bring over.
Cheers,
Cherie
