good article, and I agree that it would be messy and difficult but it would be less messy, less of a waste of money, and less difficult than prohibiting them....for evidence just look at the last 100 years.

brilliant, good effort. ever seen the box of oranges that had been intricately peeled, emptied, filled with cocaine and then delicately glued together so you couldn't actually make out the cuts? By legalising drugs we could take the genius engineers of these and put them to fixing the Forth Bridge!...or helping to finish the trams on time.
