It looks like a great building but I think we'd have great difficulty getting much cafe business in that location, plus we'd need change of use permission to run a cafe at all.

and its right in the middle of a residential area so I'm guessing having bands on late would be a problem. Unfortunate as im about to move to that road as well so would have been very cool.

I feel I should point out the Springvalley Terrace has a really bad sea gull problem. But it is a nice building. Does it include the wooden building at the back of the yard? I can imagine some cool Berlin style Hinterhof action there. That is, if I could get of my arse to go to fucking Morningside.

Which number are you moving to, Andy? Not 13?
