Dial 9 to get an outside line

If you're in the cafe & you want to call the office, just dial 20
If you're in the office, to call the cafe, dial 21

You can transfer calls. You need to press 'R', then dial the other extension. Then you can either hang up straight away and let the caller wait for an answer on the other line, or you can hold on for an answer and announce the caller before hanging up. Either way, the call transfers when you hang up. There is a sticker on the back of the cafe phone describing how to do it.

If you're gonna fuck about with it, you need to know that we have "system x".

We want to try & keep a lid on usage of the cafe phone. Most types of call (including international calls) are free from the admin office, so that should be the main phone we call out on. The cafe phone is mainly for KMs to call suppliers and for other forest calls such as chasing volunteers etc. We should not allow randomers to use this phone for their random calls.
