Stop destroying the Action Room

Post by HGiles » Thu Jun 09, 2011 5:32 pm

The Action Room is not your personal hangout zone, storage space, or rubbish bin. It's a room that lots of groups still use for meetings and workshops, and which Forest volunteers use for essential admin for the building. Also fun. It's cool to use it for fun. it's not cool to leave a massive mess for someone else to clean up.

I found it an absolute tip today, and am about to tidy away plates, glasses, bottles and general rubbish before a workshop at 6.

Please stop doing this. It sucks.

I support your plea!

Messy people, come to the action day on Friday and you might be forgiven!

I was unable to come along on friday...I wanted to. If it's just general clearing I may have a bash if it's not all been done already, alternatively if someone wants to let me know about a few things that can be done, I should have time for some shenanigans tomorrow afternoon.

Mirja did some general tidying on Saturday. It's both doing a really full tidy and doing a really full clean. Miserable job for one person, OK job for two, as long as at least one of them knows where stuff belongs.

Sure thing, I'll wait for the next action day then. Btw, I was super super impressed with the action room and especially the hall when I went in yesterday. Yay!
