More garden

Does anyone know if there is a residents association that could be contacted bout the garden out back? It seems the bit that Forest has looked after is all nice and looked after and the rest of it is overgrown, manky, unloved and rarely used. I'd like find out how they might feel about us using more of the space. Obviously we would need to be very careful about how this would be done so that they don't feel overwhelmed. I'm thinking quiet stuff like yoga and gardening. Hopefully they will respect us though if we work on developing the space and get to know them better. Then hopefully we can have fun and games!

The residents are torn between loving and hating us.
If we tried to do more than we do already we wouldn't do it consitantly enough and the residents will slide into hate only.
Thats it.
We have taken over an area of their space, so we should work with what we have.
