Chi Kung ( also called qi gong – pronounced chee-gung ) is an ancient Chinese art of inner

peace and inner balance. Almost every modality of healing believes that there is a life force

within us. The Chinese call this chi, which means energy.

Chi Kung is used to keep this chi in balance and it is believed that when this chi is in balance

every aspect of the body works more efficiently thus creating optimum health. Chi Kung is

believed to stimulate the immune system in ways other methods seem unable, making most

self healing possible. Our bodies are meant to heal themselves of any ailment. More importantly,

Chi Kung is used extensively in China as a preventative measure against most common diseases.

Come along and write an e-mail to workshops@theforest.org.uk if you want to be informed about any schedule's changes!
