10 years' worth of Beanos: what do?

Post by Kat » Mon Mar 01, 2010 4:18 pm

I've just found an almost complete set of Beano comics from 1985 to 1994 in my cupboard! I wanna get them out of the house by this Friday at the latest but it breaks my heart to put them in the recycling-bin.
Can we use them at Forest at all?! For toilet-paper or making a fire in the basement stair-well, perhaps? Or does anyone know who would appreciate having some or all of them to do something with?

Any constructive suggestions gratefully received.

great, nix. can you pick some/all of them up from me in marchmont? there are approx. 500 of them and that's quite a leadweight to lug around...as in 4 journeys with a massive backpack for me, at least.
