Summary:
- Wash the top of any can/tin that you are about to use, including of course drinking directly from a can.
- Reason: during storage any rodent may have peed on them, as they often do.
- Among other infections, you can suffer from Leptospirosis and simply die if not caught/diagnosed on time.
- It makes sense. It is not yet a health and safety rule but we don't need to be nannied.
- You can also think that we have to die of something and that is very respectable, except perhaps when you are running a cafe (I know: it is the bother with knowledge, that once you have it you you cannot deny it... sorry)
