I know I work for them, but they actually have good stuff. for free. Worth checking (We're going to the "why bread matter" event, sounds good!)
It's only a few metres down the road from the Forest.

Jim Haynes on books

Jim Haynes is legendary as the founder of a range of cultural projects, including Edinburgh's Traverse Theatre, Britain's first paperback bookshop, and several underground newspapers. He has been involved in the world of print in many diverse ways. As a media studies expert, independent publisher and radical thinker, does he think there is a future for the book? An evening of colourful tales and thought-provoking ideas.
