Action Working Group Bottom Liner - Milk is stepping down from this role. Nix is Acting Action Bottom liner. AP - Nix to find a FWG member that wants to bottom line this WG.

Action Room Coordinator - Milk is stepping down from this role, Lukas is now the Action Room Coordinator. His responsibilities / aims are:
* Manage the Booking for the room.
* Keep the room clean and tidy.
* Communicate with "IT Coordinator" (Milky) if there are any Computer issues/requests.
* Promote the space to community groups.
* Create signage about respectful/appropriate use, and develop systems to ensure the room is being used for what it is intended for.

There will be an Action Room Action Day to clear stuff out and streamline the room. Next week - Sat 20th March, 12 -5. AP - Nix to make poster.


Community Outreach. the Action WG feels that Forest can do more to support autonomous activist groups in Edinburgh. To this end we want to support the revival of a particular regular event with the use of the Forest 12v Soundsystem. for this we need a new battery like this one. and we need a charger. do you have a spare one?
