Fundraiser - Nov 17-21

Hey everyone,

I've noticed Nov 17th to 21st have been booked in the Events Book for a fundraiser. Who is in the event organising team and could I join or at least be updated on the events?

I've received a proposal for the 18th from the Click Clack Club (they put on some jazzy nights, already at their 7th event in Nov, had a night in Aug) and the organiser of the evening said he talked to Stephen who said it was ok for them to have their night on the 18th (Thursday). Does anyone have any other plans for that evening or should we give it to them? And if so, how long do we want them to put on?

hey!

i thought you are co-ordinating the events? for the fundraiser..

but we will no longer be licenced for those dates, as our application was incorrect.

our new booze dates, will hopefully be:

Thursday 9, Friday 10, and Saturday 11 of December.

So yeah! let the click clakers do their thing..
