Hey Pessi!

We might have a room in our flat around that time, will keep you informed. I live with a guy who works for Stewarts and is friends with Ian (HW, American, Brewing Society) etc so I think you'll get on pretty well.

Sweet. What time is the show on Sunday? If I can liaise with them beforehand, I can get it setup. If it's a time when I won't be around, I can show you how to do it, milk.

Stolen banjo

So last night, some motherfucker stole my banjo. I'd propped it up against the wall for 30 seconds so I could say goodbye to someone and then it was gone. Happened approx 2am at the bottom of High School Wynd (Infirmary St) where it joins the Cowgate. I think the guy who took it is about 6' tall, ma...

ARGH. Me and Milk started testing and salvaging the useful bits. There's some good stuff in there (AMD Quad Core, etc) and lots of bits that can be used for repair.

I will be in first thing in the morning, as it's a bit late now, to finish of testing stuff. Please don't chuck anything :(

This appears to already be a feature of newer phpBB versions so an upgrade should add it. If not, I have written a patch that will do the same but I need admin permissions on the bb to apply it.

Re: IT Team - Action Room Action Day!

Why would you need to? On one of the machines (second in from door, I think) and the Sparcs automount your /home from the fieserver when you login and if you don't have your own account, it logs in as forest and mounts that as /home.

I will set the other black box up to do this tomorrow.

Piece of piss. Have set it up for Catalina and Cornelia recently. From your laptop, go to the control panel and then the printer dialog. You should have an option to add a network printer.
