Wow, that actually worked well. Our winner is 3pm (1500hrs) this Friday, so see you all then.

The idea was that the answer would be in some obvious About Forest section on the web pages. Bots might be smart enough (or patient enough) to pick it up if it's right there with the question.

Yeah, I thought it was a silver birch, but the leaves don't look at all like birch to me, unless the Swedish one is really different. I have tried googling but didn't find anything useful.

Ellie's tree
So I was visiting Ellie's tree on Arthur's seat (I think it's a maple of some sort) and it isn't looking very well. It has hard white raised spots on the bark, and the leaves are looking a bit yellow and curled rather than lush green. Anyone here with any expertise on such things? Is it a serious pr...

A rose by a vulgar name would still smell as sweet.x But would it though? The brain is a fickle thing. Perception is entirely abstract, informed by context and experience as much as raw sensation. I'd be really in into this, but my question is, how do you make it take long enough ?
A directish route to Tyninghame from Edinburgh (I've actually cycled it at night before, and it was great) only takes about two and a half hours.

I knew this was a risk. I used the automatic upgrade stuff that's supposed to merge in mod changes and it worked fine for the mods I'd applied, so I hoped it had too for anything else, but I guess not.
Oh well, what were the mods that you put on ?
I can look them up and reapply.

Is it possible we can get rid of Drupal's fascist password restrictions? It's far too heavy handed. Anyway, the search is often more important than finding the answer

I bought a Sony Alpha 200 last year, which I'm very happy with. It's cheaper than the equivalent Canons and Nikons, and it's got image stablisation built into the body. Would cost £46 (including vat) a month for Virgin business 10meg.
I don't know, but I reckon their throttling will be less or non-existant for business connections.
I'd be happy to get in touch with them and at least find out if it's a possibility.
Installation would cost, no idea how much.
