Oops, pardon me Simone! I'd say about half a litre, maybe a bit more. When I'm not sure, I usually just make more stock then I think I need and add it bit by bit, you can always reuse it for a soup the following day :)

The hinged door is good idea but having a padlock on it would be extra hassle for café volunteers - we do have to access the sound area several times per day to open/close the window, access the fan and so on.

The printer is still set to send scanned files to the old action room computers (oak and baoboathingymjigs) that are now just kinda lying there with no monitors or power chords etc. I assume you need admin access to the printer preferences to link it to other computers like the mac or the office pcs...
